- v-8 or tomato juice
- diced celery
- diced onion
- avacado
- diced cucumber
- diced tomato
- dash lime juice
- optional diced pepper (jalapeno or serranto)
- shrimp, crab, scallops, or whitefish of your choice
How To Make ceviche

Step 1Use in any quantities you like, no measuring neccesary.

Step 2Ceviche To V-8 or tomato juice add shrimp (or fish of your choice-scallops, crab, whitefish, etc.) Chop and add: celery onion jalapeno or serrano pepper (optional) avacado cucumber tomato tbsp. lime juice add to taste: red pepper, cilantro, tobasco, hot sauce, celery salt Let set in fridge for a couple of hours to meld flavors. Fun to serve in coctail glasses as appetizer or soup course!
