- 2 cups celery, chopped
- 3 - potatoes, diced
- 3 cups boiling water
- 2 cups milk
- 1.5 pounds cod
- 2 cups broccoli, chopped
- 2 cups cauliflower, diced
- 1.5 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon marjoram
- 1/2 teaspoon basil

Step 1Cook the onion, celery, and potatoes in the water for 10 minutes.

Step 2Mix a little milk with the flour to form a soupy paste and set aside.

Step 3Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.

Step 5Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
