Ingredients

  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 2 cups celery, chopped
  • 3 - potatoes, diced
  • 3 cups boiling water
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1.5 pounds cod
  • 2 cups broccoli, chopped
  • 2 cups cauliflower, diced
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon marjoram
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil

How To Make bailey's bouillabaisse (fish stew)

  • Step 1
    Cook the onion, celery, and potatoes in the water for 10 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Mix a little milk with the flour to form a soupy paste and set aside.
  • Step 3
    Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
  • Step 4
    Add the flour mixture, stirring constantly.
  • Step 5
    Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
