Asparagus And Shrimp Oriental
water chestnuts, drained
mandarin oranges, sectioned and drained
2Drain and slice water chestnuts.
3Arrange shrimp, chestnuts, mushrooms, onion, celery, asparagus and oranges on large tray.
4Heat oil in wok or electric skillet.
5Add onion, celery, salt, pepper and sugar.
6Cook, stirring, until vegetables are crisp-tender.
7Add asparagus and shrimp.
8Place mushrooms and water chestnuts over shrimp.
9Sprinkle with soy sauce.
10Place orange sections on top.
11Cover, cook until mixture begins to steam.
