Ingredients

  •   7 1/2 oz
    alaska salmon, canned
  •   10 oz
    corn, thawed
  •   13 oz
    evaporated milk
  •   1/2 c
    broccoli, chopped
  •  
    pepper to taste
  •   1/2 tsp
    thyme
  •   2 c
    chicken broth, low salt
  •   1 c
    carrots, diced
  •   1 c
    potatoes, diced
  •   2 Tbsp
    butter
  •   1
    garlic clove, minced
  •   1/2 c
    celery, chopped
  •   1/2 c
    onion, chopped
  •  
    parsley, minced

How To Make

    Drain and flake salmon, reserving liquid.

    Saute onions, celery and garlic in butter.
  • 3
    Add potatoes, carrots, reserved salmon liquid, chicken broth and seasonings; Simmer, covered, 20 minutes, or until vegetables are nearly tender.

    Add broccoli and cook 5 minutes. Add flaked salmon, evaporated milk and corn; heat thoroughly.

    Sprinkle with minced parsley to serve.
