This is a kopy kat recipe of my favorite soup at Olive Garden

Ingredients

1 1/2 c
sausage links spicy
3/4 c
diced onion
6 slice
bacon diced
1 1/4 tsp
minced garlic
2 Tbsp
chicken stock
1 qt
water
2
potatoes cut in half then in 1/4 "slices
2 c
kale cut in half then sliced
1/3 c
heavy cream

How to Make Zuppa Toscana

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 300 degrees, Place links on cookie sheet, bake for 25 mins..cut in half then at 1/2" angles
    Place onions and bacon in a large saucepan and cook over med heat, add garlic and cook another min. add chicken base,water and potatoes, simmer 15 mins.
    add sausage, kale and cream, simmer 4 mins...Serve
