Ingredients

  • 1
    small onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 3
    cloves garlic
  • 2 c
    diced potatoes
  • 32 oz
    chicken broth, low salt
  • 1 lb
    hot italian sausage
  • 6 slice
    cooked bacon
  • 1 c
    heavy whipping cream
  • 2 c
    chopped kale

How to Make Zuppa Toscana Copycat Olive Garden InstantPot Soup

Step-by-Step

  1. Place your Pot on saute and wait until it says Hot! Add olive oil and onions, garlic and sausage.
  2. Brown sausage until it crumbles.
  3. Add potatoes, chicken broth; and place Kale on top.
  4. Cover and place pot on manual high pressure for 15 minutes.
  5. Do a quick release.
  6. Place pot back on saute.
  7. Stir in cream.
  8. Chop your cooked bacon and stir into your pot.
  9. Enjoy with a hearty Italian bread.
