Ingredients
- 1 - small onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 - cloves garlic
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 32 ounces chicken broth, low salt
- 1 pound hot italian sausage
- 6 slices cooked bacon
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups chopped kale

Step 1Place your Pot on saute and wait until it says Hot! Add olive oil and onions, garlic and sausage.

Step 2Brown sausage until it crumbles.

Step 3Add potatoes, chicken broth; and place Kale on top.

Step 4Cover and place pot on manual high pressure for 15 minutes.

Step 5Do a quick release.

Step 6Place pot back on saute.

Step 7Stir in cream.

Step 8Chop your cooked bacon and stir into your pot.

Step 9Enjoy with a hearty Italian bread.
