5 lbyukon gold potatoes, peeled and chopped

·chicken broth to cover the potatoes

·salt and pepper to taste

8 ozcream cheese, cut up

·dried dill to taste

1 ptheavy cream
How to Make Yukon Gold Potato Soup - Steph
- Peel and chop the potatoes into small pieces; cook in chicken broth (enough to cover the potatoes) until soft. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add the cream cheese and stir until melted; add dill to your taste and a pint of heavy cream.
- Stir all until the cheese is melted and continue stirring until the soup is hot and ready to eat. ENJOY!
