This is easy and very quick and everyone seems to really enjoy it.(it also holds my secret to my holiday clam chowder, and oyster stew).

Ingredients
- 1 package frozen potatos cubes
- 1 small white onion diced
- 1 - ham steak
- 1 stick butter
- 10 dashes tabasco
- 1/2 - fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon garlic salt
- 2 quarts half and half
- 1 quart water
How To Make unbelievably easy potato soup

Step 1Cube onion and ham steak add to 5pt pot with butter seasons and potatos let saute about 3-5 min. Add half and half and water let it come to a soft boil for a couple minutes then simmer for about 30 min. Hint: if you want it thick and cornstrach

Step 2Secret: Instead of adding ham, make soup as directed above add 1/2 cup brandy and you choice clams or oysters, and thicken. ENJOY
