- 1 quart milk
- 1 quart canned tomatoes
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- pat - butter, cold
How To Make tomatoe bisque

Step 1heat milk and tomatoes seperately

Step 2heat tomatoes just to boil and then add baking soda

Step 3heat milk to scald (150 degrees F)

Step 4pour the milk into tomatoes and then add a pat of butter.
