My mom used to make this for a quick and easy Sunday evening meal. We always had large Sunday dinners and the evening meal was quick and easy.
How to Make Tomatoe Bisque
- heat milk and tomatoes seperately
- heat tomatoes just to boil and then add baking soda
- heat milk to scald (150 degrees F)
- pour the milk into tomatoes and then add a pat of butter.
