- 1/2 clove flour
- 32 ounces chicken stock
- 1/2 cup sherry
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 2 cups smoked gouda cheese shredded
- - salt and pepper to taste
- - smoked paprika for garnish
How To Make smoked gouda mushroom soup

Step 1Melt the butter in a large saucepan. Add the flour and whisk until smooth. Add the chicken broth, sherry, and heavy cream. Bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer. Add the mushrooms and garlic. Cook 5 minutes.

Step 2Add the shredded cheese and stir until cheese is melted. Taste and season with salt and pepper. Serve sprinkled with smoked paprika
