How to Make Sis's Meatball Stew
- In a bowl combine egg, bread crumbs, chopped onion, salt, marjoram and thyme. Add beef and mix well. Shape into about 48 meatballs. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes till nicely browned, then drain off any grease.
- In a Dutch oven mix the broth, soup, potatoes, carrots and bring to a boil. Add the meatballs, reduce heat then simmer for 30 minutes, or till vegetables are tender.
- Serve with a crusty bread or garlic toast.
