- 1-1/2 pound cleaned shrimp
- 1 small yellow onion
- 1/2 cup bell pepper
- 1 stalk celery
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can creamed corn
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1-1/2 cup whole milk
- 2 tablespoons cajun seasonings
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
How To Make shrimp & corn soup

Step 1Chop veggies and sauté in butter and olive oil until translucent. Add shrimp and sauté for 3 minutes. Add corn, milk, cream, and seasonings.
