Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 pound cleaned shrimp
  • 1 small yellow onion
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1-1/2 cup whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons cajun seasonings
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

How To Make shrimp & corn soup

  • Step 1
    Chop veggies and sauté in butter and olive oil until translucent. Add shrimp and sauté for 3 minutes. Add corn, milk, cream, and seasonings.
  • Step 2
    Cook on low heat until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with crunchy French bread.
