Ingredients
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 package chopped seasonngs, onion, bell pepper, celery
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 can mild rotel tomatoes, drained
- 2 1/2 pints heavy cream
- 2 pints milk
- 2 pounds shrimp
- 1 pound crabmeat
- - cayenne pepper to taste
- - cajun seasoning to taste
- 2 cans whole kernal corn, drained
- 2 cans creamed corn
How To Make shawn's shrimp and corn soup

Step 1Saute' butter, sesonings mix, garlic, Rotel, a few shrimp and some crab meat (save most of shrimp and crab for later!). Tne npuree and set aside.

Step 2Boil heavy cream and milk together to make soup base. Now add 2 cans whole kernal corn, and 2 cans creamed corn.

Step 3Saute' 2 pounds shrimp and 1 pound crabmeat. Season to taste with cajun seasonings or red pepper.

Step 4Combine the soup base, seasoning base, and sauted shrimp and crab. Cook over low heat until desired thickness. Can add chicken stock and milk if needs to be thinned.
