Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh mushroom, sliced
- 2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 ounces shell pasta
- 1 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 cup heavy cream
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup chicken stock
How To Make serendipity soup

Step 1Cook the pasta in boiling salted water. Do the same with the broccoli and cauliflower. Drain both.

Step 2Place the butter in a large pot and let it melt. Add the mushroom, onion, celery, and garlic. Cook about 10 minutes.

Step 3Add the chicken stock, Parmesan cheese, Velveeta cheese, and heavy cream. Cook until the cheese is melted.

Step 4Stir in the broccoli, cauliflower, and pasta. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
