Wanted to simulate a soup we love from a local restaurant. I am VERY sure I figured it out, at least it tastes just as good. My husband raved about it. Hope others will think it's good, too.

Ingredients

  • 1 can(s)
    (10-3/4 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can(s)
    (10-3/4 oz) cream of potato soup
  • 1 can(s)
    (10-3/4 oz) nacho cheese soup
  • 1 can(s)
    (10 oz) rotel tomato, green chilies
  • 2 c
    milk
  • 1 pkg
    tortilla strips

How to Make QUICK 'N EASY TORTILLA SOUP

Step-by-Step

  1. In large (3-4 quart) pot, combine all ingredients, except tortilla chips.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until heated through. Cover optional.
  3. Spoon into bowls and top with tortilla strips.
