- 1 10 ounce cans concentrated tomato soup
- 1/2 can milk
- 1/2 can half and half or heavy cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
How To Make quick and easy creamy tomato and cheddar soup

Step 1Combine soup, milk, half and half or cream and lemon juice in small heavy sauce pan. Heat over medium heat. Sprinkle cheese in, stirring as you do. Continue to stir until cheese is melted and soup is piping hot.

Step 2Serve with crusty bread or crackers of your choice. Also wonderful with a sandwich or salad. Nothing could be easier.
