Quick and hearty. This is a go-to in my house after a long day when you just don't want to cook.

  • 1 10 ounce can
    concentrated tomato soup
  • 1/2 can
  • 1/2 can
    half and half or heavy cream
  • 1/2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice

How To Make

    Combine soup, milk, half and half or cream and lemon juice in small heavy sauce pan. Heat over medium heat. Sprinkle cheese in, stirring as you do. Continue to stir until cheese is melted and soup is piping hot.

    Serve with crusty bread or crackers of your choice. Also wonderful with a sandwich or salad. Nothing could be easier.
