How To Make potatoe soup
-
Step 1once the potatoes are cubed cover with chicken broth just a little above the amount of potatoes in the pot. salt and pepper , add onion, carrots and the celery .. bring to boil and let cook until the potatoes are very tender.
-
Step 2once the potatoes are cooked take a potato masher and smash the potatoes leaving some chunks unless you like very creamy soup you can use your preference. add the heavy cream as much as you like to make the consistency of the soup. if to thick add more cream to it . add the cheese on top ( I also add some of the cheese to the soup)! add bacon and some sliced green onion .and Enjoy! a wonderful easy soup.
