Ingredients
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
- 3 medium leeks, chopped whites only
- 6 medium potatoes, medium, cubed
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 dash ground chervil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon ground parsley
How To Make potatoe leek soup

Step 1Simmer chicken broth, leeks, onions and cubed potatoes for 20 minutes.

Step 2Mash some of the onions and potatoes to make a cloudy stew.

Step 3Add heavy cream, chervil, salt, pepper and parsley to soup. Stir and eat.

Step 4Sometimes I use tarragon instead of chervil for a variety in flavor.
