Another simple soup recipe. I've been making this for years. It's especially good when it really starts to get cooler out; which for those of us in Florida means right around Christmas! But it is good anytime of year and so easy to put together.

Ingredients
- 1 - celery stalk, chopped
- 1 - medium onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 packages chicken gravy mix, any brand
- 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon cajun seasoning
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups whole milk, or 2%
- 5 - medium potatos, peeled, cooked and cubed
- 1 cup velveeta cheese, cubed
How To Make potato soup

Step 1In a large sauce pan or dutch oven, sautee celery and onion in butter until tender. Stir in chicken gravy packet, celery salt, cumin, cajon seasoning and salt and pepper.

Step 2Gradually add milk while stirring. Bring to a brief boil, stir for two minutes and reduce heat. Stir in potatos and cheese. Cook until heated through and cheese is melted.
