How To Make potato soup for dummies
-
Step 1Set slow cooker on high. Add hash brown potatoes, chicken broth, celery soup, & onion. Stir well and let simmer for 5 hours.
-
Step 2Add package of cream cheese. I usually cut it in small pieces so that it melts quicker. Let simmer another 25-30 minutes.
-
Step 3Serve as an entree on a cold evening, or as an appetizer. We like it with a little grated cheddar cheese on top.
