How to Make Potato Soup


  1. In frying pan cook bacon( don't make it well done or crispy)but cook it.Peel and cut up potatoes & put in pot and add water 1 inch higher then the potatoes, after boiling potatoes,
  2. add onions,celery,bacon,salt and pepper.cook on low heat for about 1/2 to 1 hour add milk butter.and cook for a 5 mins more enjoy!!
  3. if you want to you can add cheese or heavy cream.
