Ingredients
- 12 medium potatoes, diced
- 6 cups water
- 1 small whole onion, peeled
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cans campbell's cream of chicken soup
- 2 tablespoons flour, mixed with enough water to make a paste
- 1/2 package philadelphia cooking cream, italian herbs & cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
How To Make potato soup

Step 1In large pot simmer potatoes, whole onion, vegetable oil and salt and pepper until potatoes are tender.

Step 2Discard the onion. Add chicken soup, flour/paste mixture and simmer until smooth and thick.

Step 3Add cooking cream, cheddar cheese and sour cream and gently stir until cheese is melted and combined well. Add crumbled bacon.
