Potato Soup

12 mediumpotatoes, diced

6 cwater

1 smallwhole onion, peeled

1 tspsalt

1 tsppepper

2 Tbspvegetable oil

2 can(s)campbell's cream of chicken soup

2 Tbspflour, mixed with enough water to make a paste

1/2 pkgphiladelphia cooking cream, italian herbs & cheese

1 csour cream
-
1 cextra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

3 slicebacon, cooked and crumbled
How to Make Potato Soup
- In large pot simmer potatoes, whole onion, vegetable oil and salt and pepper until potatoes are tender.
- Discard the onion. Add chicken soup, flour/paste mixture and simmer until smooth and thick.
- Add cooking cream, cheddar cheese and sour cream and gently stir until cheese is melted and combined well. Add crumbled bacon.
