How to Make Potato Leek Soup


  • 1place butter, leeks an onion in saucepan over low to medium heat. Cook till tender and carmelized. Add Potatoes and broth and cook till tender.
  • 2using a potato masher slightly mash the potatoes an leeks up, leaving chunks as you'd like, to make soup
  • 3stirring continually add cream, salt an pepper. Cook for 15 more minutes on low
