- 1 large onion, chopped
- 8 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
- 3 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream

- 3 large leeks, cleaned an chopped
How To Make potato leek soup

Step 1place butter, leeks an onion in saucepan over low to medium heat. Cook till tender and carmelized. Add Potatoes and broth and cook till tender.

Step 2using a potato masher slightly mash the potatoes an leeks up, leaving chunks as you'd like, to make soup
