Threw this together the other night when my sister and her man came over. We didn't have a lot in the fridge and I wasn't going shopping for another day so it was pretty much what I had on hand. It actually tasted pretty good.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds suasage
- 1 - medium onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 1/2 - handfulls of flour
- 3 to 4 medium cabbages
- 1/2 gallon milk
- - salt, pepper and cayanne to taste
How To Make poor-mans cabbage soup

Step 1Using large pot, brown sausage, onion and garlic together. Once cooked add flour then half gallon of milk.

Step 2While browning meat cut up cabbage into squares. When the milk has been added to meat, add cabbage. Continue stirring until it is creamed. Approximately 20 minutes. Add seasoning to taste. Let sit for about 10 minutes and enjoy.
