Ingredients
- 2 cups onion, chopped
- 3 - carrots, chopped
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 large baking potatoes, chopped
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 3/4 pound polska kielbasa, chopped
- 2 cups milk
How To Make polska kielbasa potato soup

Step 1In a dutch oven, saute onion and carrots in butter until onion is tender.

Step 2Add potatoes and broth.

Step 3Bring to a boil.

Step 4Reduce heat; simmer until vegetables are tender, about 25 minutes.

Step 5Remove from heat.

Step 6Puree at least half of mixture in blender (more blended makes creamier soup).

Step 7Return to saucepan.

Step 8Add milk and sausage.

Step 9Cook over low heat until sausage is heated through.
