- 8 medium potatoes peeled and cubed
- 8 cups chicken broth
- 1 large onion diced
- 7 ounces jar roasted red pepper drained and choped
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon each ground sage and black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1 - head broccoli cut into florets or large bag frozen broccoli
- 2/3 cup flour
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 cups grated parmesan cheese
- 1 pound bacon cooked and crumbled
- - fresh shredded parmesan cheese for serving

Step 1Place all ingredients up the the flour in slow cooker and cook on low 7 hours. Mix the flour with the sour cream until smooth. Add to the slow cooker along with the heavy cream , grated Parmesan cheese and bacon Cook another 1 hour

Step 2Serve sprinkled with shredded Parmesan cheese.
