frozen, chopped spinach (10 ounces)
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s)
milk or light cream (soup can)
sherry, to taste

How to Make Mushroom-Spinach Soup


  • 1Cook spinach according to package directions and drain well.
  • 2Pour soup, undiluted, into a blender, add spinach and blend until the spinach is chopped fine.
  • 3Move mixture to a saucepan and add the soup can of milk or light cream.
  • 4Add sherry to taste.
  • 5Heat to just below the boiling point and serve.
