1 pkgfrozen, chopped spinach (10 ounces)

1 cancream of mushroom soup

1 canmilk or light cream (soup can)

sherry, to taste
How To Make mushroom-spinach soup

1Cook spinach according to package directions and drain well.

2Pour soup, undiluted, into a blender, add spinach and blend until the spinach is chopped fine.

3Move mixture to a saucepan and add the soup can of milk or light cream.

4Add sherry to taste.

5Heat to just below the boiling point and serve.
