Ingredients
- 1 package frozen, chopped spinach (10 ounces)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can milk or light cream (soup can)
- - sherry, to taste
How To Make mushroom-spinach soup

Step 1Cook spinach according to package directions and drain well.

Step 2Pour soup, undiluted, into a blender, add spinach and blend until the spinach is chopped fine.

Step 3Move mixture to a saucepan and add the soup can of milk or light cream.

Step 4Add sherry to taste.

Step 5Heat to just below the boiling point and serve.
