1 can(s)milk or light cream (soup can)
·sherry, to taste
How to Make Mushroom-Spinach Soup
- Cook spinach according to package directions and drain well.
- Pour soup, undiluted, into a blender, add spinach and blend until the spinach is chopped fine.
- Move mixture to a saucepan and add the soup can of milk or light cream.
- Add sherry to taste.
- Heat to just below the boiling point and serve.
