Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds mushrooms, fresh
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon salt & pepper
- 1 large white onion
- 6 - garlic pegs, smashed & chopped
- 2 tablespoons mccormick garlic & herb no salt seasoning
- 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 cup heavy cream
How To Make mushroom soup

Step 1Clean mushrooms and slice. chop onions. smash & chop garlic.

Step 2Melt butter in large stock pot over medium heat Add onions cook 10 minutes . Add mushrooms, cook 10 minutes.

Step 3Add flour, cook, stirring for 2 minutes.

Step 4Add chicken broth and all spices, stirring until smooth and thickened about 5 minutes. Add garlic, stir well Lower heat!

Step 5REMOVE FROM HEAT ! Stir in cream.
