Ingredients
- 4 large baking potatoes
- 2/3 cup butter, room temperature
- 2/3 cup flour
- 6 cups milk
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 slices bacon ( cooked and crumbled )
- 4 - green onions ( chopped finely )
- 1 - sour cream ( 8 oz )
How To Make loaded baked potato soup

Step 1Bake potatoes 400 degrees for 1 hour. Let cool. Cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out and reserve.

Step 2Melt butter in large pot over low heat. Gradually add flour, stirring until smooth.

Step 3Add milk, cook until thick and bubbly. Stir in potatoes, salt & pepper, cheese, bacon and onions. Cook until heated well but DO NOT BOIL. Stir in sour cream.
