I GOT THIS RECIPE FROM ONE OF MY COWORKERS AND IT IS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS, I WILL TELL YOU THOUGH, I DONT ADD THE POTATOES BECAUSE I JUST DONT LIKE POTATOES IN SOUP

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks butter
  • 2 - onions chopped
  • 6 - celery stalks chopped
  • 3 quarts water
  • 4 - potatoes chopped
  • 4 tablespoons chicken base
  • 2 cans cream of celery
  • 1 large can cream of chicken soup family size
  • KNOEPHLA DOUGH
  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 - eggs
  • - enough milk to make a soft dough
  • TO FINISH THE SOUP
  • 1 pint whipping cream

How To Make knoephla soup

  • Step 1
    YOU MELT THE BUTTER IN YOUR SOUP KETTLE, ADD THE ONIONS AND CELERY AND SAUTE UNTIL SOFT, ADD ALL THE OTHER INGREDIENTS AND COOK UNTIL POTATOES ARE SOFT
  • Step 2
    FOR THE DOUGH, PUT 2 CUPS OF FLOUR IN YOUR FOOD PROCESSOR, ADD 3 EGGS BEATEN AND THEN ENOUGH MILK TO MAKE A SOFT DOUGH IT REALLY DEPENDS ON THE TEMPERATURE IN YOUR AREA

    BRING THE SOUP TO A BOIL, SNIP NOODLES INTO SOUP, JUST BEFORE YOU SERVE, ADD A PINT OF WHIPPING CREAM
