- 2 sticks butter
- 2 - onions chopped
- 6 - celery stalks chopped
- 3 quarts water
- 4 - potatoes chopped
- 4 tablespoons chicken base
- 2 cans cream of celery
- 1 large can cream of chicken soup family size
- KNOEPHLA DOUGH
- 2 cups flour
- 3 - eggs
- - enough milk to make a soft dough
- TO FINISH THE SOUP
- 1 pint whipping cream

Step 1YOU MELT THE BUTTER IN YOUR SOUP KETTLE, ADD THE ONIONS AND CELERY AND SAUTE UNTIL SOFT, ADD ALL THE OTHER INGREDIENTS AND COOK UNTIL POTATOES ARE SOFT
