Campbell's® Cream of Mushroom Soup is a staple in most pantries. You can use it in so many recipes. I added a few ingredients and came up with this delicious version.

- 2 - 10.75 ounce cans campbell's® cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pint half and half
- 12 ounces button mushrooms, quartered
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon sherry
- 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
How To Make kicked up cream of mushroom soup

Step 1In a 4 quart pot, over medium heat, saute mushrooms in the butter.

Step 2Add flour, cook one minute stirring constantly.

Step 3Add tarragon, soup, half and half and sherry.

Step 4Heat through almost to a boil, stirring constantly, about 5 minutes - DO NOT BOIL.
