katrina's potato & ham soup
My daughter made this fabulous soup for us tonight. She wanted soup and to use up our leftover ham. It came out absolutely wonderful.

Ingredients
- 8 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 onion, diced
- 16 ounces ham, cubed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup flour
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
How To Make katrina's potato & ham soup

Step 1Boil in chicken broth potatoes, ham, salt and onion until potatoes are soft.

Step 2Take a potato masher and mash it all up.

Step 3Add cream, sour cream and flour then stir.

Step 4Bring to a boil for 5 minutes or until it thickens.
