This soup is so good, rich, creamy, chunky... just love it!! Oh, did I mention super easy to make....:-)

Ingredients
- 2 - medium size onions chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
- 2 tablespoons good curry madras
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 can tomatoes, canned and chopped, with liquid
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 can peaches, canned
- - salt and pepper for taste
- - 8 oz shrimps - optional
How To Make indian curry soup

Step 1heat up the oil and add the onions until clear add the curry and mix.

Step 2add the tomatoes and broth make it boil and add the heavy cream.

Step 3chop up 6 halfs of peaches - no juice - add to the soup. Reduce heat taste with salt and a dash of pepper.

Step 4Serve with shredded lettuce in the bottom of the bowl and good bread.. Enjoy!!
