Ingredients
- 4 large - idaho potatoes
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/4 small onion
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- - sharp cheddar cheese
How To Make good ole potato soup

Step 1Peel potatoes, dice, and boil in water till tender.

Step 2While potatoes are boiling make a rue, of butter and flour in a sauce pan.

Step 3Slowly add milk to the rue, stirring until it thickens. If to thick for your tasted add additional milk till it is the consistency you prefer your soup.

Step 4Drain potatoes, add to cream sauce. Season to taste. Add Cheddar cheese to each bowl as prefered.
