Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 2 - onions diced
- 6 - celery hearts diced
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
- 1 teaspoon mace
- 1 quart whole milk
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sherry
- 2 pounds crab meat (picked through)
How To Make easy she crab soup

Step 1Melt the butter and saute the onions and celery. Stir in the flour to make a roux.Whisk in the milk and cream and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until it starts to thicken. Stir in seasonings. Fold in crab meat.Serve and drizzle the top with sherry.
