Ingredients

  • 32 ounces carton chicken broth
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 package chorizo sausage
  • 8 cups chopped potatos
  • 1 package cream cheese (optional)
  • 32 ounces canned queso blanco
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

How To Make crock pot potato chorizo soup

  • Step 1
    Peel potatoes. Chop potatoes into small pieces.
  • Step 2
    Mix broth, soup, queso blanco, and cream cheese together until semi-smooth consistency inside crock. Add potatoes.
  • Step 3
    Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours. Add salt and pepper and enjoy.
