- 32 ounces carton chicken broth
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 package chorizo sausage
- 8 cups chopped potatos
- 1 package cream cheese (optional)
- 32 ounces canned queso blanco
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
How To Make crock pot potato chorizo soup

Step 1Peel potatoes. Chop potatoes into small pieces.

Step 2Mix broth, soup, queso blanco, and cream cheese together until semi-smooth consistency inside crock. Add potatoes.

Step 3Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours. Add salt and pepper and enjoy.
