- 4 cups chicken broth, defatted
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 3 cups celery, chopped with tops
- 2 small potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 cup milk
How To Make creamy tater soup

Step 1In large saucepan, combine all ingredients except milk.

Step 2Cook until vegetables are very tender, about 10 minutes; cool slightly.

Step 3Transfer to blender and blend until smooth; stir in milk.

Step 4At this point, may be stored in refrigerator up to 1-week.

Step 5Heat before serving.
