Ingredients For creamy sausage, potato and sauerkraut soupp

  • 4 tube
    brautwurst sausage
  • 2 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1/2 c
    beef broth
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 1 md
    onion
  • 1/4 c
    flour
  • 1 1/2 c
    cooked diced potatoes
  • 1 c
    sauerkraut
  • 1 tsp
    dried parsley
  • 1 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • oz
    black pepper to taste

How To Make creamy sausage, potato and sauerkraut soupp

  • 1
    melt butter in stock pot. add chopped onion and bratwurst cook over med heat until the onion is caramelize
  • 2
    Stir flour into the broth and add to the meat and onion. Add cooked potatoes and milk
  • 3
    Stir and heat until it begins to thicken. Add the sauerkraut and cheese. stir until the cheese is melted. add the black pepper.
  • 4
    Serve and garnish with parsley
