Ingredients For creamy sausage, potato and sauerkraut soupp

4 tubebrautwurst sausage

2 1/2 cmilk

1/2 cbeef broth
-
4 Tbspbutter, melted
-
1 mdonion
-
1/4 cflour
-
1 1/2 ccooked diced potatoes
-
1 csauerkraut
-
1 tspdried parsley
-
1 cshredded cheddar cheese
-
ozblack pepper to taste
How To Make creamy sausage, potato and sauerkraut soupp

1melt butter in stock pot. add chopped onion and bratwurst cook over med heat until the onion is caramelize
-
2Stir flour into the broth and add to the meat and onion. Add cooked potatoes and milk
-
3Stir and heat until it begins to thicken. Add the sauerkraut and cheese. stir until the cheese is melted. add the black pepper.

4Serve and garnish with parsley
