Ingredients
- 3-1/2 cups peeled, diced potatoes
- 1/3 cup diced celery
- 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 cup cooked, diced ham
- 3-1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon each, salt and pepper
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 5 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
How To Make creamy potato soup w/ ham

Step 1In a lg pot, combine potatoes, celery, onion, ham and chicken broth, over medium heat. Bring to a broil until potatoes are tender, about 15 mins.

Step 2Stir in salt and pepper. In a saucepan, melt butter over med-low heat. Whisk in flour until thickened. Slowly whisk in milk. Stir for 5 mins.

Step 3Stir milk mix into potato mix and heat through. Sprinkle w/ chives.
