I found this on pintrest and it really is very easy to make my whole family fell in love with it.I am constantly handing out copies of the recipe. Due to the BroccolIi being frozen you may want to cook it a bit before adding it to the crockpot.

Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

1 lb
velveeta cheese cubed
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s)
cream of celery soup
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
4 Tbsp
butter
1 pkg
frozen chopped broccoli
1/4 tsp
black pepper
1 large
onion chopped
1 can(s)
evaporated milk

How to Make Creamy Brocolli Cheese Soup

Step-by-Step

  • 1Spray Crockpot with pam cooking spray. set aside.Use a 4qt. or larger.i used a 3 qt and it was filled to the brim.
  • 2Saute onions in butter until tender,pour into Crockpot.
  • 3Add cubed Cheese, and chopped Brocolli.
  • 4in a medium bowl mix together cans of soup with evaporated milk
  • 5pour over Brocolli and cheese in crock pot, Mix until well blended(it will take some time for the cheese to melt)
  • 6Cook on High for 2 hrs or low for 4 hrs. stirring occaisionally.
  • 7Add pepper and serve.
