  • 2 c
    powdered milk
  • 3/4 c
  • 1/4 c
    instant chicken bouillon
  • 2 Tbsp
    dried onion flakes
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried thyme, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp
    basil, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp

How to Make Creamed Soup Substitute


  1. Combine all ingredients, mix well and store in an air-tight container
  2. To Prepare one can of substitute----------------.

    Stir together 1/3 cup dry mix and 1 1/4 cups water in a saucepan.
  3. Cook and stir until thickened.

    This will substitute for one can of condensed cream soup in your recipes.
