How To Make cream of pecan soup

1Melt butter; add onion and saute 5 minutes.

2Stir in flour and broth.

3Add seasonings, pecans, and celery leaves; simmer 10 minutes.

4Stir in cream and simmer 5 minutes longer.

5Serve with mint.
