How to Make Cream Of Pecan Soup


  • 1Melt butter; add onion and saute 5 minutes.
  • 2Stir in flour and broth.
  • 3Add seasonings, pecans, and celery leaves; simmer 10 minutes.
  • 4Stir in cream and simmer 5 minutes longer.
  • 5Serve with mint.
