    celery stalks, chopped
  • 1/4 c
  • 3 Tbsp
  • 2 qt
    chicken stock
  • 2 c
    peanut butter, creamy
  • 1.75 c
    light cream
  • ·
    peanuts, chopped

How to Make Cream Of Peanut Soup


  1. Saute onion and celery in butter until soft but not brown.
  2. Stir in flour until well blended; add chicken broth, stirring constantly, bringing to a boil.
  3. Remove from heat and put into blender and blend until smooth; then add peanut butter and cream.
  4. Stir thoroughly then return to low heat, do not boil.
