How to Make Cream Of Peanut Soup
- Saute onion and celery in butter until soft but not brown.
- Stir in flour until well blended; add chicken broth, stirring constantly, bringing to a boil.
- Remove from heat and put into blender and blend until smooth; then add peanut butter and cream.
- Stir thoroughly then return to low heat, do not boil.
