1Saute onion and celery in butter until soft but not brown.
2Stir in flour until well blended; add chicken broth, stirring constantly, bringing to a boil.
3Remove from heat and put into blender and blend until smooth; then add peanut butter and cream.
4Stir thoroughly then return to low heat, do not boil.
