light cream
peanuts, chopped

How to Make Cream Of Peanut Soup


  • 1Saute onion and celery in butter until soft but not brown.
  • 2Stir in flour until well blended; add chicken broth, stirring constantly, bringing to a boil.
  • 3Remove from heat and put into blender and blend until smooth; then add peanut butter and cream.
  • 4Stir thoroughly then return to low heat, do not boil.
