Ingredients
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 2 - celery stalks, chopped
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 quarts chicken stock
- 2 cups peanut butter, creamy
- 1.75 cups light cream
- - peanuts, chopped
How To Make cream of peanut soup

Step 1Saute onion and celery in butter until soft but not brown.

Step 2Stir in flour until well blended; add chicken broth, stirring constantly, bringing to a boil.

Step 3Remove from heat and put into blender and blend until smooth; then add peanut butter and cream.

Step 4Stir thoroughly then return to low heat, do not boil.
