Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup milk or half and half
- 1/2 medium onion
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup peanut butter, creamy
- - chopped chives
- 7 cups chicken broth
How To Make cream of peanut butter soup

Step 1Saute celery & onion in butter in a large dutch oven until tender; add flour. Stir until smmoth. Cook 1 minute stiring constantly.

Step 2Gradually adding chicken broth, bring mixture to a boil. Add peanut butter & milk; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Stirrin constantly ( do not boil).

Step 3Garnish soup w/ chives.
