chopped celery
2 Tbsp
1 c
milk or half and half
1/2 medium
2 Tbsp
1 c
peanut butter, creamy
chopped chives
7 c
chicken broth

How to Make Cream of Peanut Butter Soup


  • 1Saute celery & onion in butter in a large dutch oven until tender; add flour. Stir until smmoth. Cook 1 minute stiring constantly.
  • 2Gradually adding chicken broth, bring mixture to a boil. Add peanut butter & milk; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Stirrin constantly ( do not boil).
  • 3Garnish soup w/ chives.
