Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 3 cups cauliflower, small florets
- 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon granules
- 1 cup water
- 1 dash garlic powder
- 1/2 cup pastina
- 2 tablespoons marinated rosted pepper finely chopped
- 3 slices velveeta cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 dash black pepper
How To Make cream of cauliflower & roasted pepper pastina

Step 1Sauté the onion in the butter in a sauce pan

Step 2Add cauliflower and chicken bouillon granules And bring to a boil for 3 minutes

Step 3Add Pastina and reduce to a slight boil for 4 minutes

Step 4Add Velveeta, cream and pepper Cook at a simmer till the desired consistency

Step 5For soup add ½ c milk or more if you wish for a thinner broth. I also add toasted bread cubes for a little crunch.
