  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1/2 c
    diced onion
  • 3 c
    cauliflower, small florets
  • 1 Tbsp
    chicken bouillon granules
  • 1 c
  • 1 dash(es)
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 c
  • 2 Tbsp
    marinated rosted pepper finely chopped
  • 3 slice
    velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 c
    heavy cream
  • 1 dash(es)
    black pepper

How to Make Cream of Cauliflower & Roasted Pepper Pastina


  1. Sauté the onion in the butter in a sauce pan
  2. Add cauliflower and chicken bouillon granules
    And bring to a boil for 3 minutes
  3. Add Pastina and reduce to a slight boil for 4 minutes
  4. Add Velveeta, cream and pepper
    Cook at a simmer till the desired consistency
  5. For soup add ½ c milk or more if you wish for a thinner broth. I also add toasted bread cubes for a little crunch.
