- 1 - head cabbage, cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 2 - potatoes, cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 large can chicken broth
- 1 can carnation evaporated milk
- 1 - cornstarch
- 1 - water
- 1 - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make cream of cabbage soup

Step 1In a soup pot, cook cabbage, onion, potatoes, and chicken broth until done. Add evaporated milk.

Step 2Thicken with a mixture of cornstarch and water until desired thickness

Step 3DO NOT BOIL. Season with salt and pepper
