  • 3/4 cup mushrooms, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 3 cups milk
  • 9 ounces frozen artichoke hearts, thawed, chopped fine
  • - salt and pepper
  • - paprika, garnish

How To Make cream of artichoke and mushroom soup

  • Step 1
    Sauté mushrooms & onions in butter until tender, 5 minutes. Stir in flour; cook 1 minute. Stir in milk; heat to boiling. Add artichokes & simmer, 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve sprinkled with paprika.
