frozen artichoke hearts, thawed, chopped fine
salt and pepper
paprika, garnish

How to Make Cream of Artichoke and Mushroom Soup


  • 1Sauté mushrooms & onions in butter until tender, 5 minutes. Stir in flour; cook 1 minute. Stir in milk; heat to boiling. Add artichokes & simmer, 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve sprinkled with paprika.
