- 1 tablespoon flour
- 3 cups milk
- 9 ounces frozen artichoke hearts, thawed, chopped fine

How To Make cream of artichoke and mushroom soup

Step 1Sauté mushrooms & onions in butter until tender, 5 minutes. Stir in flour; cook 1 minute. Stir in milk; heat to boiling. Add artichokes & simmer, 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve sprinkled with paprika.
