I thought I had posted this recipe but could not find it. This is so good and easy to prepare. I fix it in the crockpot and we love it!!!

Ingredients
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 4 cups shredded hash brown potatoes
- 1/4 cup minced onions
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1 - bay leaf
- 1/2 teaspoon season salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 8 ounces cream cheese
How To Make cream cheese potato soup

Step 1Bring everything, except cream cheese, to a boil. Simmer 10 minutes. Add cream cheese; top with shredded cheese. I have taken this in a crock pot to many potlucks. It does very nicely in a crock pot.
