chilled strawberry soup
This is a contender for my favorite thing to make (and eat). It is so easy and unbelievably tasty!! Just typing the recipe my mouth is watering.

Ingredients
- 1 quart strawberries, hulled
- 2 cups sour cream
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 tablespoons brandy (optional)
How To Make chilled strawberry soup

Step 1Wash, hull, and clean strawberries.

Step 2Put all ingredients into a high speed blender.

Step 3Puree mixture until smooth.

Step 4Pour mixture through a fine strainer a little at a time into a big bowl.

Step 5Serve chilled. Optional garnish with creme fraiche and fresh mint.
