This soup is an excellent meal to throw together on a lazy Sunday or the morning of a busy weeknight before you leave for work!

swanson chicken broth
2 can(s)
campbell's cheddar cheese soup
1 can(s)
campbell's cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c
heavy whipping cream
1 pkg
frozen diced hashbrowns
1 c
diced onion
diced green pepper
1 Tbsp
minced garlic
1 pkg
cooked and diced bacon
1 pkg
shredded cheddar cheese
pepper to taste

How to Make Cheesy Potato Soup


  • 1Dice onion and green pepper and mince garlic.
  • 2In crock pot- mix broth, soups, and whipping cream.
  • 3Add the rest of the ingredients to crock pot, reserving a little of the bacon and shredded cheese to top soup with when serving, if desired.
  • 4Cook in crock pot on low for 4 hours or high for about 2, or until potatoes and green peppers are no longer crunchy.
  • 5Enjoy!!
