Ingredients
- 1 can swanson chicken broth
- 2 cans campbell's cheddar cheese soup
- 1 can campbell's cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 package frozen diced hashbrowns
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 - diced green pepper
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 package cooked and diced bacon
- 1 package shredded cheddar cheese
- - pepper to taste
How To Make cheesy potato soup

Step 1Dice onion and green pepper and mince garlic.

Step 2In crock pot- mix broth, soups, and whipping cream.

Step 3Add the rest of the ingredients to crock pot, reserving a little of the bacon and shredded cheese to top soup with when serving, if desired.

Step 4Cook in crock pot on low for 4 hours or high for about 2, or until potatoes and green peppers are no longer crunchy.
