Ingredients

1 can(s)swanson chicken broth
-
2 can(s)campbell's cheddar cheese soup
-
1 can(s)campbell's cream of chicken soup
-
1 1/2 cheavy whipping cream
-
1 pkgfrozen diced hashbrowns
-
1 cdiced onion
-
1diced green pepper
-
1 Tbspminced garlic
-
1 pkgcooked and diced bacon
-
1 pkgshredded cheddar cheese
-
·pepper to taste
How to Make Cheesy Potato Soup
- Dice onion and green pepper and mince garlic.
- In crock pot- mix broth, soups, and whipping cream.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to crock pot, reserving a little of the bacon and shredded cheese to top soup with when serving, if desired.
- Cook in crock pot on low for 4 hours or high for about 2, or until potatoes and green peppers are no longer crunchy.
