This soup is an excellent meal to throw together on a lazy Sunday or the morning of a busy weeknight before you leave for work!

Ingredients

  • 1 can swanson chicken broth
  • 2 cans campbell's cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 can campbell's cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 package frozen diced hashbrowns
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1 - diced green pepper
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 package cooked and diced bacon
  • 1 package shredded cheddar cheese
  • - pepper to taste

How To Make cheesy potato soup

  • Step 1
    Dice onion and green pepper and mince garlic.
  • Step 2
    In crock pot- mix broth, soups, and whipping cream.
  • Step 3
    Add the rest of the ingredients to crock pot, reserving a little of the bacon and shredded cheese to top soup with when serving, if desired.
  • Step 4
    Cook in crock pot on low for 4 hours or high for about 2, or until potatoes and green peppers are no longer crunchy.
  • Step 5
    Enjoy!!
